Ready to Wear Fall/Winter 2016-2017
DESIGUAL Ready to Wear Fall/Winter 2016-2017

DESIGUAL’s Fall 2016 collection reflected on the international metropolises where personal expression can be created and demonstrated through many diverse styles. Throughout history cities have been a meeting place for people of different cultures to come to share and experience their own stories.

Ready to Wear Fall/Winter 2016-2017
Ready to Wear Fall/Winter 2016-2017

The brand looks to the vibrancy of city life and all of its creative lifeblood for its Autumn/Winter 2016 collection. The collection’s aesthetic is a metaphor for the 21st century, visualized as a textured collage, where technology, trends and a global culture now are one. The essence of DESIGUAL imparts that every day is an opportunity to express yourself and wear your attitude to face the world.

Ready to Wear Fall/Winter 2016-2017
Ready to Wear Fall/Winter 2016-2017

Fashion has become an ambassador, the visual clue to our collective conscious. And with this season’s collection DESIGUAL celebrates the women whose style makes the city streets so vibrant.

Guests included fashion photographer and TV personality Nigel Barker; actors Arden Cho (MTV’s ‘Teen Wolf’), Clare Foley (FOX’s ‘Gotham’), Eric West (USA’s ‘Satisfaction’)  and Katherine McNamara (ABC’s ‘Shadowhunters’);  reality television personality J. Alexander; French art director and model Julia Restoin-Roitfeld; Host of ‘The Real’ Adrienne Bailon; former ‘Bachelorette’ Andi Dorfman; and Pitbull’s Now &Then Label DJ Xenia Ghali.

Designer Rubin Singer showed a wonderful collection displaying Style, Elegance and Glamour.  He gave you ruffles, taffeta blouses, chartreuse paneled caped silk crepe gown with shattered glass embroidery, and much much more.

The collection has a fresh new feel, the models were stunning.

Rubin Singer’s fall / winter 2016 collection began with an exploration of his intentions as a designer. Staying true to his core image of architectural femininity, Singer delves into new categories, new shapes, and new fabrics for the new season. Unique in his approach to designing, Singer starts with an inspiration, such as the mathematical formulation “Homomorphism” (that any given formula ends up in the same place no matter how many times you change it), which is the hallmark for the fall / winter 2016 season, and then moves to fabrics – textures & colors – and from there the shape and pattern of his creations are revealed.

This collection, which debuts knitwear and more ready-to-wear separates, is a continuation of Singer’s spring / summer 2016 mathematical inspiration “vector.” Late 60’s and early 70’s undertones echo throughout the collection in the form of separates, day dresses, and dramatic evening gowns.  Multi directional silk chiffon dresses, glass embroidered eveningwear, and duchess satin jackets continue to show Rubin’s technical use of classic fabrics. Touches of Indian lamb, python, and velvet add to the sophistication and drama seen in a Rubin Singer collection, and geometric shapes and silhouettes convey the overall season inspiration.

Fashion not just in stores any more

Fashion Word Cube

Fashion is not just for females but is equally important for men as well. Mostly there are three broad classifications of men’s fashion. They are Business Formals, Business Casuals and Casuals. Business Formals are generally preferred by people working in huge corporate and people who attend a lot of meetings etc. Honestly this type of dressing is less comfortable when compared to others. Now comes the business casuals; they are generally worn to office for regular work. They are more comfortable when compared to business formals. Lastly its casuals; we all like to wear casuals especially over the weekends. They are the most comfortable form of dressing known to man. Apart from these three major classifications, there are other classifications as well; like the part wear, dress for special occasions etc.

T Shirts for Men:

T Shirts are the most comfortable fabric that a man can wear. It’s like our second skin. T Shirts come in a wide range of color, fabric, designs and patterns. The most common patters being round neck, collared, Chinese collared, polo neck etc. T Shirt designs can also be customized these days. All thanks to the computer technology. We can print anything that we desire on a T shirt.  From a photograph of your loved one to logo of a company; anything can be printed on a T Shirt. We can often see that people prefer T Shirts designs with some important message written on them. This shows the personality of a person wearing the T shirt. So, the next time you are purchasing a T Shirt, beware of what is written on it. You can lose your girlfriend if you have a wrong message printed on your T Shirt design.

Online Business:

Today we are living in cyber age and we hardly find time for doing shopping. This has been taken care of by the computers that we use. Computers and internet have resolved the issue of shopping. We don’t have to spend that extra time for shopping now. All we need to do is spend some extra minutes over the internet and you are good to go. You can order anything over the internet and the same will be delivered across to your doorsteps. Well when there is so much of advancement, fashion industry also did not stay back. Yes you can get everything and anything needed for fashion online. All you need to do is, gather some important information from websites about the trends and order it. That’s it! It’s as simple as that.

Fashion Online:

Over Internet one can get information of anything and everything. In the same you can get information on latest trends in fashion industry. You can know about the latest cosmetics, fabrics, designs etc over the internet. All this valuable information is just a click away from you. There are online stores that offer you a wide range of cosmetics and fashion gear that you may need. The best part about online fashion is you can stay updated. Earlier people used to update themselves only by the means of books or magazines. There was a possibility that by the time you get things based out of books, the fashion trends would have changed. But now, things have changed. You can be updated on the latest fashion news, news that can be just minutes old. You also know where to buy the latest gear online and it’s easy to order. Sitting in America, you can order your fashion gear from Paris by merely pressing some buttons or click of your mouse.
