Talented fashion designers, celebrities and models gathered for an evening at EVR NYC for The Leukemia and Lymphoma society’s 5th annual Gala “Fighting with Fashion”. The fashion show proceeds went to support the LLS the world’s largest voluntary health organization dedicated to increase funds for live saving blood cancer research and to provide support services to those touched by cancer.
The fashion designers April Marin and Mischka Velasco presented their Summer and Fall 2013 collections for a large and excited audience, produced by NYC Fashion Runway with models from Castings4U.
April Marin showcased chic dresses for the working woman that can easily be worn after work to happy hours and parties without the corporate look. All of our clothes are handcrafted, sourced, produced and marketed at Soho NYC.We also been creating custom gowns and dresses meeting several times with each client to make sure we create the perfect dress for that individual” states the designer Mischka. The collection exhibited stunned the audience by her sumptuous dresses made of shiny silk and chiffon with flowy movements giving grace and femininity to the woman who dresses it.
